If you have followed my blog in the past you will notice some changes in the works…
First, my new header photo is the futon on my new screened-in-porch studio! (The photo may not be of the highest quality, but I never claimed to be a photographer.) My porch studio is a great inspiration to me for both writing and yoga. If you don’t have a space you can call your own, get one! You will begin to notice new space opening up inside of you.
Second, my focus is now shifting from yoga to writing. I’m still teaching yoga, but writing is my first love, and I can’t get it out of my system, especially with the new studio space. It’s time for me to start trusting my voice, so forgive me for being in transition. I will be editing all of my pages soon, so check back…
